Scope of Solutions

• Support design and delivery across digital platform applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the UX Lead, product managers, and business stakeholders under the Human-Centered Design (HCD) framework to define and refine requirements, user journeys, and scenarios.
• Support discovery and user story mapping by helping priorities requirements, using concepts, visuals, and journey maps to align stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, Ai tool, guided by Design Guidelines.
• Assist in planning and facilitating discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing in collaboration with the UX Lead.
• Support UX lead to communicate design concepts, flows, and prototypes to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure final product delivery aligns with approved UX/UI designs prior to go-live ( UAT )
