Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing support and solutions via email, phone, or live chat; ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly; and closely monitoring customer feedback to improve overall service. You’ll work collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality support standards and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Demonstrated ability in managing Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience or interest in the baking or food industry is an asset
