About The Job
- Assist senior engineers in developing design deliverables, performing calculations, and drafting process diagrams, serving as a foundational role for building multidisciplinary engineering skills.
- Process Design: Assist in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and block diagrams.
- Calculations & Sizing: Perform preliminary hydraulic calculations, mass balances, and equipment sizing for pumps, vessels, and treatment units.
- Documentation: Prepare technical datasheets, process design bases, and operation manuals.
- Project Execution: Interface with mechanical, piping, and instrumentation disciplines to integrate system designs.
- Site Support: Assist with plant walk-downs, testing, and pre-commissioning/commissioning activities under senior guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process/Oil & Gas Engineering.
- 0–3 years of process design experience, ideally within an EPC or consultancy environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (CGPA > 3.0)
- Familiarity with process simulation software, AutoCAD, and understanding of industry codes (e.g., API, ASME, or local water standards).
- Open to work in Kajang or Kuala Lumpur
