Job Description

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry and reporting.
• Handle customer account inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Prepare and process monthly account statements for clients.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports as required.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve AR processes to align with company policies and industry standards.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Junior AR Accountant Should Have

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
