We support government agencies, corporations, SMEs, mobile network operators, retail chains, and IT system integrators in managing their IT assets—from acquisition and leasing to maintenance and refresh. Our integrated approach helps organizations optimize costs while supporting business growth and sustainability.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Rentalworks Group. The role focuses on new business development, lead generation, client engagement, and account management. While the position is primarily based in Bandar Klang, there is flexibility for remote work.

• Proactively coordinate and support sales activities with the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Work closely with Operations and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and account management
• Support sales and marketing initiatives as required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
