Are you a seasoned supply chain leader ready to shape the future of warehouse and procurement operations across diverse business units? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Warehouse & Procurement Lead to drive operational excellence and transformation across the group.
Job Summary:
As our SCM expert, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our supply chain—from sourcing new raw materials / parts to final delivery and reverse logistics. You’ll lead with vision and precision, integrating warehouse and procurement functions under a unified strategy that drives efficiency, resilience, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Warehouse and Procurement teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all supply chain functions
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
- Optimize inventory management, warehousing efficiency, and sourcing strategies for cost effectiveness and agility
- Implement and enhance ERP and WMS systems for real-time visibility and process control
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure ethical sourcing, quality assurance, and supply continuity
- Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Management to align SCM strategy with overall business objectives
- Provide timely reporting for management team to review and make an informed make decision.
- Promote sustainability and responsible sourcing in line with company ESG commitments
- Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, productivity and instill new knowledge for them to thrive and grow in the organization.
- Involved in system feasibility study and implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in supply chain, warehouse, and procurement leadership
- Proven success in MNC environments, managing complex and multi-site operations
- Strong expertise in process improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean) and operational transformation
- Proficient in ERP, WMS, and logistics technologies and software.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Approachable, hands-on leader who supports team development and continuous improvement
- Willing to travel to operational and mining sites for project implementation & engagement
- Industry experience preference : Industrial product, heavy equipment & spare parts, mining or Oil & Gas. Those without the relevant industries background but with strong familiarity of ERP system logic and process will be of advantage.
