Kelayakan

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, or a related role, preferably within an agency environment.
  3. Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform best practices, audience behaviour, and content optimisation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  5. Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands, audiences, and platforms.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify actionable insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
  7. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with content creation, design, or video editing tools is an advantage.
  8. Experience managing influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Strong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working with senior decision-makers and managing client relationships confidently.
  10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  11. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
  12. Strong understanding of digital culture, emerging trends, and social-first storytelling, with the ability to translate insights into effective campaign ideas and executions.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive Social Media Senior Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media initiatives for both client and internal brands. This role is responsible for driving platform growth, overseeing content direction, managing campaign execution, and ensuring strong performance across social channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, trend-savvy, and passionate about digital culture, with the ability to balance creativity, strategy, and analytics in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with creative, content, influencer, and marketing teams while also serving as a key point of contact in managing client expectations, campaign performance, and social-first opportunities.

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of clients’ and internal social media strategies to drive brand growth, engagement, and business objectives.
  2. Oversee the development and management of clients’ social platforms, ensuring strong brand voice consistency, strategic platform growth, and audience relevance.
  3. Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including content direction, content calendars, paid media coordination, budget management, and influencer partnerships.
  4. Spearhead social-first and integrated campaigns by managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Analyse campaign and monthly performance data to derive actionable insights, optimise performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align social strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
  7. Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and emerging opportunities, proactively advising teams and clients on relevant applications and innovations.
  8. Oversee community management across social platforms, including audience engagement, issue escalation, and handling sensitive or critical communications professionally.
