* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
* Proven experience managing a sales team and delivering strong results.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently, travel within the region, and handle multiple priorities.
* Experience in payment gateway, e-wallet, POS terminal solutions, or merchant acquiring industry.
* Existing merchant network or partner connections in retail, F&B, or e-commerce industries.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
Tanggungjawab
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the assigned region (Northern) to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for Ahapay’s payment solutions. This role will oversee sales strategies, monitor performance, develop business opportunities, and ensure strong client relationships to achieve overall company targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with Ahapay’s business goals.
* Identify new market opportunities and potential merchant segments.
* Drive sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
2. Team Leadership & Management
* Provide regular training, performance reviews, and guidance to improve team productivity.
* Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes and standards.
3. Business Development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Operational & Reporting
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and documentation standards.
* Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and service.
5. Customer & Merchant Engagement
* Handle escalated merchant issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within the region.
