Minimum Qualifications
(i) Bachelor in Physiotherapy (Hons) or any related field recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification;
(ii) At least 5 years of working experience in the related fields.

1) Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work long hours.
2) Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
3) Proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapat to changes, able to work under pressure and willing to work on shift duties.
4) Highly motivated and discplined with high level of integrity.
5) Possess good communication, keen to learn new thing and able to work in a team.
6) Malaysian citizen
Language qualifications
All candidates must have obtained:
(i) Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level OR equivalent qualification recognised by the Government (for Malaysian citizens).
(ii) Candidate without any of these qualifications will be required to sit for the IIUM English Language Proficiency Test
Tanggungjawab
1) Clinical Services
(i) Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients referred to ISMEC.
(ii) Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and provide patient education.
(iii) Assist in sports medical coverage, functional assessments, and
2) Rehabilitation Gym & Equipment Management
(i) Ensure rehabilitation equipment and gymnasium facilities are safe, functional, and properly maintained.
(ii) Monitor equipment inventory, servicing, and procurement needs.
3) Education &Training
(i) Assist in conducting educational programmes, workshops, and clinical training
activities organised by ISMEC.
(ii) Support teaching, mentoring, and professional development of staff and
students.
4) Research & Quality Improvement
(i) Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at ISMEC to support clients' health and fitness goals.
(ii) Support teaching, mentoring, and professional development of staff and students.
5) Administrative and Operations
(i) Assist in coordinating daily physiotherapy service operations and staff scheduling.
(ii) Monitor physiotherapists’ attendance, performance, and compliance with departmental protocols.
(iii) Prepare reports, service statistics, and support departmental administrative activities.
6) Supervision & Leadership
(i) Supervise physiotherapists, assistants, and trainees within the unit.
(ii) Provide guidance, ensure professional conduct, and support a safe and efficient working environment.
