Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
Process purchase orders and manage supply requests
Prepare invoices and administrative documents
Perform administrative tasks using ERP systems
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate requests
Support other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
Experience in administration or customer service
Prior experience in receptionist duties or purchase order processing is an advantage
