• Provide coordination and administrative support to the Sales and Project teams.
• Work closely with Design and Production teams to coordinate installation schedules and logistics.
• Monitor project progress, track design revisions, client approvals, and billing documentation.
• Assist in handling sales enquiries, tenders, quotations, and coordination with designers on client design requests.
• Support contract documentation and attend site visits for measurements or coordination when required.
• Maintain CRM database, assist with email campaigns, and prepare reports.
• Assist with marketing materials, sales presentations, and general administrative duties.
