Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
Support daily retail operations and sales targets

Requirements:

Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
Good communication skills
Prior similar retail or sales experience preferred
Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours
