• Position : Senior Sales Admin Coordinator
• Location : North – Woodlands Sector (Transport provided from Woodlands MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS Variable Bonus + 10 -20 days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Plastic Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on sales orders and delivery arrangements
• Liaise with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery schedules and invoices
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor order status and follow up closely to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve operational issues relating to order processing and delivery
• Supervise and guide junior admin sales coordinators in daily work
• Ensure sales-related documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time
• Support daily sales administration and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admin or sales coordination
• Supervisory or team lead experience will be an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Meticulous, responsible and able to multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
