• Position : Airfreight Assistant/Executive (Export)
• Location : East – Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 10am – 1pm**
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,600 + Variable Bonus + Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle export airfreight documents such as HAWB, MAWB, permits and invoices
• Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams
• Monitor flight schedules and cargo readiness
• Track shipments and update customers on shipment status
• Ensure export procedures comply with customs regulations
• Prepare billing, costing and supplier invoices
• Update shipment details in the freight system
• Support ad hoc operational duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of airfreight export experience
• Familiar with export documents, airline booking and customs procedures
• Knowledge of Tradenet, CCN or CargoWise will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
