We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive who is:

Your Role

Sales Execution & Client Acquisition

• Drive outbound sales efforts across corporate and institutional sectors
• Identify and approach banks, GLCs, SMEs, schools, and corporate organisations
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Follow through negotiations and close deals
• Manage client relationships from first contact to onboarding
• Collaborate closely with our Business Development PIC on strategic leads

You are expected to take initiative and move opportunities forward.

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Support company marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, campaigns, awareness programs)
• Assist in positioning Prevent Crime Now as a trusted crime prevention partner
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking sessions
• Contribute ideas to expand our presence locally and internationally.

Your secondary focus is to strengthen the Prevent Crime Now brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
• Experience engaging Malaysian corporate clients is highly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking to HR, Risk, Compliance, Management, and Business Owners
• Target-oriented and accountable
• Able to work independently in a small team environment

Salary & Commission

• Basic: RM3,000 – RM3,500
• Commission: Performance-based
