We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Agronomist Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various agronomic tasks, gaining hands-on experience in agricultural practices, crop management, and research. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced agronomists and contribute to innovative agricultural projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Seeding, transplanting, harvesting, Quality Check.

- Growing quality crops on a consistent basis

- Monitor crop health, pest, and disease pressures, and recommend appropriate interventions.

- General maintenance of the farms

- Data management and record keeping

- Production management and crop scheduling

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree students with Science Background of Study.

- Strong passion for agriculture and sustainable farming practices.

- Excellent observational and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of agricultural principles, crop physiology, hydroponic system.

- A person with curiosity and ingenuity

- A self-starter, positive, motivated, proactive attitude
