Ringkasan Jawatan:

We are in search of a skilled Account Executive to handle comprehensive accounting tasks in Butterworth, Raja Uda.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Overseeing the management of company finances including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Processing payments, obtaining necessary approvals, and initiating transactions

- Conducting bank reconciliations

- Compiling monthly Profit & Loss statements for the Director

- Administering payroll processes and adhering to statutory requirements

- Handling PCB, EPF, and EIS matters

- Managing corporate tax obligations

- Overseeing the income tax affairs of the Director

- Collaborating with banking institutions regarding the company's current account transactions

- Liaising with company secretaries and auditors on accounting and corporate issues

Kelayakan:

- Essential: A foundational understanding of Accounting

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending basic English

Faedah:

Waktu Bekerja:

5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Gaji:

RM 3,500 – RM 5,500
