Kerja Sepenuh Masa C-S ENGINEER-SUPERVISOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Beaks Group Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To carry out, verify and document all standing supervision and inspection of C&S works to ensure the quality of construction works complying with drawings, specifications, method statement and other requirements as stated in the contract documents.
• To vet through all drawings and specifications and report any discrepancies found and highlight any potential clashes or deviation at site.
• To assist in coordination of C&S works with other trades including attending site meeting and coordination meeting with other trades.
• To supervise the progress of C&S works.
• To monitor the quality control and assurance at site for all C&S works.
• To report on unsafe practice by the contractor and ensure all the C&S works carried out by the contractor complies to Client’s SOP including HSE matters.
• To produce and keep detailed site records by means of daily site report / log book.
• To report non-compliance or defective works and subsequently monitor progress of rectification works to ensure all non-compliance or defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To submit the said report duly verified by C&S Engineer on weekly basis to the Client.
• Liaise with project team members, client representatives, appointed specialist team by Client, including contractors, sub-contractors and authorities on all site matters and interfacing works.
• Witness on testing & commissioning, site valuation, joint management and etc.
• Any other tasks / works as instructed by the Client / C&S Engineer whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Civil & Structural/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply however Architectural work experience is preferred.
• Registered COW/IOW from Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) is and added advantage.
• Familiar with aluminium formwork.
• Able to work independently with less supervision.
• Very sharp and meticulous in scrutinizing infra, M&E and C&S drawings.
• Able to issue "request for information" (RFI) as and when necessary information or details required.
• Very good in infra-structure sequencing of works and able to organize infra works to commence.
• Able to arrange materials, machineries and work force at site.
• Capable of supervising and inspecting survey setting out and levels.
• Able to work under pressure and extra hours.
• Capable of coordinating with architecture and M&E works.
• Must be industrious and hard working.
• Analytical with good paper works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
