As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor — you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of meaningful guest experiences.

You will deliver personalized beauty rituals and spa-inspired “precious moments” that leave every guest feeling valued, inspired, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome and engage every guest warmly and professionally
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized consultation and clienteling
• Deliver spa-inspired services such as hand massages and beauty rituals
• Handle feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Sales & Performance

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Promote products through upselling, storytelling, and demonstrations
• Maintain accurate customer profiles using CRM and clienteling tools
• Support boutique events and promotional activities

Brand Storytelling & Expertise

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, ingredients, and brand heritage
• Share L’Occitane’s sustainability values and sensory brand experience
• Apply training to continuously enhance customer engagement

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with retail SOPs and safety standards

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to achieve business goals
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performance team culture
• Embrace feedback and continuous learning

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package designed to reward both performance and passion:

• Basic Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,800 (depending on experience)
• Monthly Commission: Performance-based, uncapped earnings
• Sales Incentives: Additional rewards for achieving boutique targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
