Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di Chin Hin Group Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Planning and executing production schedules to meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring production staff to ensure high performance.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring products meet company specifications and strict compliance with health and safety (OHS) regulations.
• Operational Efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks and troubleshooting malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize workflows.
• Resource Management: Monitoring inventory levels, materials, and equipment functionality.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on production progress, performance, and issues for senior management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in civil or equivalent
• preferably 2 years experience in construction or precast manufacturing
• fresh graduate encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
