Job Summary

Lead and manage a technical team to deliver presales support, project implementation, and system solutions in networking and cybersecurity, ensuring effective resource allocation and maintaining in-house IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers to deliver presales support and implement networking and cybersecurity solutions
• Manage technical team resources and allocate tasks to ensure timely project implementation
• Develop and present system solution proposals and prepare documentation for turnkey projects and tender submissions
• Maintain and update in-house IT systems to ensure operational reliability and security

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent
• CCNA certification or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience designing, managing, and implementing multi-vendor network and system architectures including LAN L2/L3 switches, firewalls, wireless products, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers, Windows/Linux/UNIX OS environments, NMS, patch management, and SIEM
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity applications such as DLP, data backup, endpoint security, antivirus, EDR, HSM, and KMS
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in networking and security project implementation and coordination
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience managing technical teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with all listed network and cybersecurity technologies is a plus but not mandatory
