As part of its next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly organised and disciplined individual to oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure operational excellence across our outlets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, floor supervision, and staff scheduling

· Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations and a seamless customer experience

· Manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse / suppliers

· Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to minimise wastage and shrinkage

· Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines

· Supervise and support retail staff including cashiers, stock handlers, and sales assistants

· Provide on-the-job coaching and training to improve team productivity and service standards

· Resolve operational issues and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally

· Prepare daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, stock discrepancies, and staff attendance

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply

· Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related disciplines

· Strong discipline, attention to detail, and process orientation

· Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage

· Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations

REMUNERATION/ ALLOWANCE

· Competitive basic salary of up to RM6,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

WORKING HOUR:

Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays, in line with retail operational requirements
