About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to support our immigration operations in Singapore.

This role is primarily focused on post-sales client servicing, while also providing support to sales consultants and participating in basic marketing initiatives. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, managing processes, and developing strong coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing (Primary Focus)

  • Manage client cases and ensure smooth progress throughout the application process

  • Provide guidance on documentation and procedures

  • Handle client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high service standards

Sales Support

  • Assist sales consultants with case onboarding and basic eligibility coordination

  • Support documentation preparation before case submission

Marketing Support

  • Assist in simple marketing tasks such as preparing promotional materials (e.g. posters, basic content)

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client service / admin / coordination roles

  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally

  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
