We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Inventory & general ledger and provide support to the Accounting team. Join a stable growing company for a career.
- Perform day-to day bookkeeping task such as data entry, invoicing, accounts , bank reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, petty cash reimbursement
- Organize and manage accounting documents, including invoices, receipts and payment & collection reports for shops
- Assist in preparation of financial reports, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly recorded.
- Support in day-to-day accounting operations and with any assigned task
- Assist with account reconciliations ,including banks & shops
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accounting team including assisting in financial audits and other projects
- Maintain proper filing systems for accounting record to ensure easy retrieval and reference
- Assist in month-end closing processes, including posting journal entries, monthly stock report & closing
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting role is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Office(Excel & Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
