Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Technician di Kossan Latex Industries (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily man power arrangement.
2. Responsible for product quality.
3. To immediately take action for any defect found with product.
4. To ensure workers follow the SOP.
5. To ensure daily output meet the target.
6. To ensure no unplanned machine down time.
7. Monitor glove stripping, layering, and WIP flow to ensure smooth production operations.
8. Responsible for daily scrap rate not exceed the setting range.
9. Monitor glove layering condition and coordinate sorting activities when required.
10. Track and record stripping brush changes, WTT tumbler records, and daily unstripped gloves data.
11. Record production information, events, and corrective actions in the communication book.
12. Prepare monthly stock count reports and perform daily checks on KPCS printer functionality.
13. Conduct GEMBA walk and SHE inspections at stripping, layering, and WIP areas.
14. Check stripping brush condition, rotation, and glove strip level, including gap between brushed cuff and arm gripper (10–15 mm).
15. Monitor attendance and manpower arrangements for operational activities.
Layering Machine , Stripping Robot , Visual Camera System , Output Conveyer Inspection
1. Inspect gripper, conveyor belts, sensors, un-strip robot machine, catch machine brushes, bearings, and control panels for wear, alignment, cleanliness, and abnormal sound.
2. Verify sensor positioning and glove counting accuracy.
3. Check robot gripper function and perform basic troubleshooting.
4. Inspect sprockets, chains (RS40 & RS80), motors, and main track for condition, tension, alignment, and abnormal noise.
5. Check rod/nylon track alignment, weld condition, and former synchronization with robot arm.
6. Verify air shooter alignment and pressure, purge air auto-drainer system, and air pressure regulator settings.
7. Inspect robot arm components including gripper, spring, bearing, sliding rod, cover, and operating sound.
8. Check robot arm chain link condition including greasing and physical condition.
9. Verify Visual Camera system functionality as per setting and perform basic troubleshooting.
10. Inspect Sacra Robot and main conveyer functionality as per setting and perform basic troubleshooting.
11. Ensure all activities comply with SOP, safety, quality, and operational requirements while maintaining proper housekeeping in the production area.
12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

A. Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical & Electronics certification.

B. Experience

• At least 1 – 2 years’ working experience in related field.

C. Other Personal Capabilities

• Have basic machine operation skills.
• Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.
• Good communication and leadership qualities.
• Must be able to work shift.
• Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
