Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing software for core derivative trading product management, specifically spot margin
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
• Priorities development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches
• Conduct market research and competitor analyze is to develop and deliver best-in-class trading solutions and products
• Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure software product quality and progress, and completion of software product milestones
• Quick learner, can pick up new concepts quickly
• High degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently
• Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of software financial trading systems
• Sound knowledge on software financial products (especially on margin and futures product)
• Agile / Scrum Methodologies — working in Agile development environments
• Working with Engineering Teams — collaborating on technical implementation decisions
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge
• QA / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing
• Feature Delivery Coordination — driving milestones and execution across teams
