Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive who is motivated by sales performance, targets, and continuous optimisation — not just operations.

E-commerce Operations

• Execute daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.) and monitor sales performance to meet KPIs
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across all platforms to improve conversion and revenue
• Ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment coordination

Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Plan and execute platform campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, Payday Sales) with clear sales target and outcomes
• Set up vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities
• Work closely with marketing/design team to ensure timely campaign execution

Sales Performance & Analysis

• Track daily and weekly sales performance across platforms
• Analyse product performance, traffic, market trend and conversion trends
• Provide recommendations to improve sales and campaign performance

Platform, Customer Experience & Growth Management

• Manage all e-commerce platforms including listings, traffic, conversion, and reporting
• Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain store performance
• Respond to customer enquiries, chats, feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support digital marketing initiatives and propose ideas to improve ROI

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operation
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales (fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged).
• Familiar with the operation rules and processes of mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity and content creation is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
