Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
• Managing daily planning for project sites.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
• Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork.
• Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
• M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Experience in Data Centre will be an advantage
• Project management and supervision skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good planning and coordinating skills
• Resourceful, supportive, problem-solving, committed
