Tanggungjawab

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer support.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media platforms and in person, providing information about programs, schedules, and promotions.
  • Assist with student registration, class bookings, and membership inquiries.
  • Assist with kids check-in with in-house systems.
  • Ensure guardians pick up kids and monitor kids' safety.
  • Support coaches in managing children and monitor their well-being as needed.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to management.
  • Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area.
  • Ensure the gym is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time for work and adhering to scheduled shifts, contributing to a reliable and efficient work environment.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage class schedules, attendance records, and customer databases.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
  • Updating transactions made through the payment terminal in a timely manner.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Support event planning and coordination for special programs and birthday parties.
  • Maintain and organize inventory, including office supplies, uniforms, equipment, merchandise, and perishable supplies.
  • Assist in generating reports and providing insights to improve operations.
  • Assist in manpower scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with children and families is a plus!
  • Ability to work on weekends.
