Kerja Sepenuh Masa Junior Project Planner, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Umech Construction Selangor - Maukerja

Job Scope:

· Develop and continuously update comprehensive project schedules, using Microsoft Project or Primavera.

· Monitor and track progress against the project plan, identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

· Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to the project leadership team.

· Identify opportunities to improve planning and scheduling processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

· Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals.

· Monitor project costs and budgets.

· Manage project resource planning, resource & cost allocations, and activity sequencing.

· implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work in accordance to the schedule and produce tracking charts in daily/weekly/monthly report work schedules, progress measurements, and reporting systems.

· Carry out Delay Tracking and assessments of Extensions of Time and the associated schedule impacts against the baseline.

· Identify, propose and develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules.

Requirements :

· Possess Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent.

· Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as Project Planner or similar role in construction industry.

· Excellent working knowledge of project management methodologies, planning software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera), and construction scheduling techniques.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
