Kerja Sepenuh Masa Company Secretary (CoSec) , Associate, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di PeopleLake Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and ensure timely submission of statutory forms, notifications, and returns, while maintaining accurate statutory and secretarial records.
• Attend meetings and draft Directors’ and Members’ Circular Resolutions, as well as meeting notices and minutes.
• Support the organisation of Board, Board Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and provide guidance to clients on company secretarial and compliance matters.
• Liaise with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and relevant authorities on secretarial-related matters.
• Assist in the incorporation and setup of new companies.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate intend to obtain or possess membership with ICSA / MAICSA / MACS preferred.
• Have basic understanding of the Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission guidelines, and the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheet.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
