We are seeking a visionary Project Manager with a "Developer mindset" and "Construction grit." This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between architectural ambition and commercial reality.

THE ROLE

As our Project Manager, you hold the baton. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our major developments, ensuring that WKC’s reputation for "Quality & Innovation" is delivered on time and within budget. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, consultants, and contractors to bring our blueprints to life.

Your Strategic Responsibilities:

• Authority Mastery: Lead the submission and approval process with DBKK, JPP, Land & Survey, and SESB/JANS.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage projects in strict accordance with the Sabah Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Enactment.
• APDL & CCC: Drive the process for obtaining Advertising Permits and Developer Licenses (APDL) and ensure a smooth path to the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• Local Strategy: Coordinate with the marketing team to align site milestones with Sabah’s unique property market cycles.

REQUIREMENTS

This is a senior-level position. We are looking for a veteran who has "seen it all."

• 10-15 years experience with a Sabah-based Developer or G7 Contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering high-rise or large-scale commercial projects in Malaysia.
• Deep network within the Sabah construction industry (consultants, suppliers, and authorities).
• Professional mastery of project budgeting and value engineering.
