Job Location : VCR HQ Office , Jalan Galloway Bukit Bintang

Job Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), while ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and related reports.
  • ⁠ ⁠Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany transactions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain SST records and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Candidates with experience in the F&B and/or retail industry will have an added advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • ⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • ⁠ ⁠Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
