Job Location : VCR HQ Office , Jalan Galloway Bukit Bintang
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), while ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and related reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain SST records and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Candidates with experience in the F&B and/or retail industry will have an added advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
