Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Pharmacist, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di SALAM ALLIANCE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate product information including indications, dosage, and side effects (subject to Pharmacist/CCO verification)
• Support sourcing of alternative products and suppliers during stock shortages
• Prepare product comparisons (price, availability, features) for decision-making
• Ensure proper handling and monitoring of cold chain items, including storage and documentation
• Assist in managing poison and controlled items, including expiry monitoring and disposal
• Respond to enquiries from clinics and internal teams; escalate clinical matters when necessary
• Create and maintain item codes, dosage details, and product information in the system
• Support preparation for warehouse and clinic audits (e.g. PKD, CKAPS)
• Conduct monthly stock take and maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with procurement-related tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or related field
• Knowledge in:
• Pharmaceutical products and enquiries handling
• Cold chain and poison stock management
• Handling expired and short-expiry items
• Supplier sourcing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
