Role Purpose

Ensure Premise remains a safe, conducive environment for visitation, learning engagement, and workspace.

DO (Operational Responsibilities)Main Accountabilities: Operation Excellence

• Carry out daily farm maintenance tasks, including planting, watering, pruning, weeding, harvesting, and composting.
• Keep the farm clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for public and corporate visits.
• Manage farm tools and equipment.
• Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests or diseases.
• Occasionally support community events or workshops hosted at the farm.

Challenges

• Unexpected weather conditions like heavy rain or extreme heat may delay scheduled maintenance work or impose physiological risk.
• HSE risk like handling sharp objects and heavy loads will impose physical injuries if mishandled or miscalculate the situation.

Experiences

• Education Qualification: Minimum SPM/SKM level in farming / agriculture / any relevant discipline.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in farming.
• Domain Experience: * Passion in farming or working with plants and fish.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to modern urban and sustainability farming techniques.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable – able to interact with visitors or volunteers when needed.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
