Job Requirement

• Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in facility or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge in facility maintenance, utilities system and engineering support.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities will be an added advantage.
• Able to prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to support facility operations and maintenance activities.

Job Description

• To support daily facility operation and maintenance activities.
• To assist in monitoring utilities system such as air conditioning, electrical, water supply, and compressed air system.
• To conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities.
• To assist in troubleshooting facility-related issues and report abnormalities to superior.
• To prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• To support continuous improvement and cost-saving activities for facility operation.
• To coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance work when required.
• To ensure all facility activities comply with company procedures and safety requirements.
• To support 5S and housekeeping activities within facility area.
• To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,070.30 per month
