Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative Art lessons for Primary and/or Secondary students based on the Cambridge curriculum.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression among students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom displays, and student art exhibitions.
• Integrate various art techniques, media, and digital tools into teaching where appropriate.
• Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on students’ progress and portfolios.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, exhibitions, competitions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with the academic team and contribute positively to the school culture.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
• Ensure timely completion of marking, reports, and administrative duties assigned by the School.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong passion are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and passionate about teaching.
• Able to conduct engaging, student-centred lessons.
• Knowledge in digital art, design software, or multimedia tools is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
