Business Development JD - Subang Jaya
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategies and annual gross-profit plans.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans to maintain and grow the existing client portfolios.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential business opportunities, and convert potential prospect leads into accounts.
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients' requirements and prepare business proposals.
- Lead business negotiation, finalize deals with client and handover to Technical team for implementation.
- To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of company's offerings, services and value proposition.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends, and update of competitors activities.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Lead and manage Business Development team by recruiting, selecting, training, monitoring, and motivating the team
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
