Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to company leadership and staff.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, mail handling, email and phone correspondence, and data entry.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and appointments to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient time management.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in the system.
  • Handle general administrative duties including, but not limited to:
  • Issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, and policy documents.
  • Submitting daily collections and processing commission recoveries and payables.
  • Preparing and submitting policy cancellation requests.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (high school diploma) or equivalent qualification.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Additional qualifications, certifications, or relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Courteous, professional demeanor with a clear and friendly phone voice.
  • Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
  • Willing to work on-site in Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
