• Managed accounts receivable and payable, including payment processing for overseas vendors, while assuring accuracy and compliance with business regulations.
• Recorded, categorized, and reconciled accounts payable and receivable transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
• Preparing payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, journals, account receivable, account payable and bank reconciliation.
• Generated customer invoices promptly, updated payment records, and provided timely responses to customer inquiries regarding billing.
• Recorded all business expenses and invoices accurately in the company's accounting systems, facilitating efficient financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain daily transaction of receiving money from customers which is more than 20 transactions and 10 payments to suppliers in the accounting system.
• Monthly payroll payment and submission of statutory.
• Maintaining proper filing of accounting and administration documents.
• Preparing payment of local supplier and international T by internet banking.
• Preparing, reviewing and processing staff commission, allowances and claims.
• Liaise with Company Secretary for any related board resolutions and CTC of Section forms.
• Liaise with bankers and non-financial institutions for rate booking for international payments.
• Manage the top up and expenses of the staff debit cards and ensure all to record and tally all the transactions with the monthly statements.
• Accomplish any of your supervisor work orders that comply with the company's rules and regulations at all given times and should always act in a manner that protects the company's interest.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
