Pinnacle is hiring an English-speaking Customer Service Executive on behalf of an international gaming client. This office-based position in Taman Molek, Melaka involves supporting users across gaming platforms by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive support experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email support channels
- Identify customer issues and provide accurate solutions promptly
- Escalate technical or unresolved cases to internal teams when necessary
- Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Support users facing payment-related issues including failed payments, refund requests, incorrect reloads, and account balance discrepancies
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service consistently
Working Schedule:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Shift rotations are arranged according to operational needs every few weeks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Diploma or Degree qualification preferred
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital platforms
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Gaming knowledge or interest will be an advantage
- Able to join within short notice
- Comfortable with a starting salary of RM2,500
