Job Purpose
To support outgoing shipment activities by handling documentation, coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Outgoing Shipment Support
- Assist in coordinating outgoing shipments (export, local, inter-plant).
- Update delivery schedules and shipment status.
- Follow up with Project, Warehouse, QC, and Production on cargo readiness.
- Monitor shipment changes, cancellations, or urgent requests.
Documentation Support
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL).
- Prepare Advance DO and ad-hoc delivery documents.
- Create Airway Bills and assist in checking K2 drafts from forwarders.
- Support HS Code checking and SST Exemption documentation (JKDM Portal).
- Assist in export-related documents when required.
Forwarder & Transport Coordination
- Request and compare logistics quotations.
- Arrange shipment collection with DHL, FedEx, Wajar, and transporters.
- Inform relevant parties on shipment readiness and arrangements.
Communication & Tracking
- Inform customers of shipment readiness and delivery details.
- Follow up on pending collection arrangements.
- Update Planner and internal teams on shipment status.
- Maintain shipment tracking records and documentation.
Packaging & Other Support
- Assist in arranging wooden crates and fumigation certificates if required.
- Ensure shipment records are properly filed for reference and audit.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or shipping documentation is an advantage.
- Able to use email and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to follow instructions and manage routine tasks.
- Good communication skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
