Talent Acquisition

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, covering sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and intern requirements.
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
• Conduct candidate screening and create shortlists of top-quality applicants.
• Explore and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives to identify potential candidates.
• Participate in recruitment efforts by fostering strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
