ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst (Entry / Junior), you will support business teams by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data while helping improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Perform basic statistical and quantitative analysis
• Translate findings into simple and clear recommendations

Reporting & Dashboard Support

• Assist in building dashboards and reports
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for management
• Support automation of reporting processes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs

️ Data Management & Quality

• Maintain and update databases and datasets
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues
• Support documentation of data workflows and processes
• Improve data collection and reporting efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, product, and business teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present insights in a clear and understandable manner
• Support operational and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to a data-driven and collaborative culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
