- To support on implementation of Outlet Pre-Opening checking for smooth outlet opening.
- To support new outlets opening.
- Ensure outlet front liners’ being trained prior to deployment or launch of new campaign.
- Perform training administration duties and maintain training records.
- Ensure training materials are up to date.
- Liaise with various stakeholders for any training requirements.
- Achieve training KPI in People-development, Customer satisfactions, SOP and company compliances.
- Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under your supervision as per company’s policy.
- Visit stores on an approved scheduled monthly activity plan and implement corrective coaching whenever necessary.
- Prepare weekly or monthly training reports/results of training and submit to Training Manager on a timely basis.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations.
- Coordinate, support, and implement projects and activities to build good employee relations, employee motivations, teamwork and company culture.
- Guide and support front liners to resolve specific training problems, either on one-on-one or in groups.
- Review progress of front liners through evaluation, re-certification and constant follow up.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each program, identify the root cause, and provide an improvement plan.
- Maintain all training resources, trainees’ personnel training records.
- Any other ad hoc projects/tasks delegated by the Training & Development manager.
