Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Project Architect at our office in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Project Architect will oversee the architectural design, planning, and execution of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, coordinating design solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability standards. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
• Experience with Submittals and knowledge of architectural project execution
• Strong expertise in Project Management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure or certifications
• Experience working on large-scale or high-profile projects is a plus
