We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, improve performance, and drive operational efficiency.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support business teams with reporting, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources
- Perform basic statistical and exploratory data analysis
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Support data validation and accuracy checks
- Translate data into actionable findings
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Support automation of reporting processes
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all reports
️ Data Management & Quality Control
- Maintain and update databases and datasets
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing tasks
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
- Document data processes and workflows
- Support data governance and quality standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business, finance, marketing, and operations teams
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Present insights in a clear and structured manner
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Contribute to a data-focused culture across teams

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles
