The Technical Sales Specialist - Laboratory Equipment will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and providing technical support for laboratory and bioprocess equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, conducting technical demonstrations and presentations, and offering post-sales support. The role will involve collaborating with the technical team to provide clients with tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

• Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify and close opportunities effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical queries related to laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical concepts and equipment functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments, bioprocess equipment, or chromatography accessories is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and across regions, if necessary.
