Tanggungjawab

Key responsibilities:


  •  Coordinate across IT & Business departments in collection of necessary project progress status and benefits value reporting for effective information to all relevant 
  • committees (including but not limited to GTLC, GDTC & GMC)
  • Responsible for overall Centralised Customer Statementing Solution project coordination across various teams including reporting, budgeting, administration, meetings and documentation 
  • Responsible to coordinate and arrange for meetings for overall Centralised Customer 
  • Statementing Solution project 
  • Monitor and execution of milestones, deliverables & benefit as per Project Plan. 
  • Monitor & track risks, issues, CR and ensure the agreed mitigation and resolution of the issues are executed timely
  • Be in charge of new employee on boarding and coordination activities
  • Any other adhoc tasks as required by Both IT PM & Business PM


Requirements;


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in established financial or non-financial institution (2 years in PMO role).
  • Proven track record in supporting projects and office management.
  • Structured and organized as well as detailed in carrying out administrative tasks
  • Swift response to new requests and effective follow up and communication skills
  • Understand the Department’s strategic objectives, its business model and industry landscape. 
  • Good relationship building and team working skills
