We are a professional services firm looking for a responsible and highly detail-oriented individual who possesses strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous technical learning to join our team.

JOB SCOPE

• Perform data entry accurately and ensure correct formatting
• Check, organize, and verify supporting documents
• Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
• Support the audit team with basic audit-related tasks
• Identify missing information or simple errors during document checking
• Assist during client office visits when required
• Folllow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time

REQUIREMENTS

• Open to SPM and above
• Responsible, tidy, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow step-by-step guidance
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Possess a driving license and own transport
• Willing to travel for audit assignments, mainly in Klang
  

SALARY

• Starting salary: RM1,700
• Fixed starting salary, non-negotiable
• Salary progression is based on performance appraisal, KPI, skills, and work attitude, not academic qualifications alone
• Increment is subject to review and is not automatic
• 6-month probation period
  

WORKING HOURS

• Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Sat (alternate): 9.00am – 1.30pm
